How to live a balanced and harmonious life?
According to Ayurveda, everything consists of five elements, which make up three constitutions or "doshas":
Vata: Air and Ether
Pitta: Fire and Water
Kapha: Earth and Water
While we have all five elements within, every individual has different levels of these forces. Usually, we are dominated by one or two doshas. This determines our nature: the structure of our physical body and even our personality and intellect.
To live a balanced life, we have to maintain the five elements - in their individual combinations - in harmony.
